Five things drive the price above all: the number of rooms, the floor and whether there is a lift, how full the flat really is, how close the van can get, and whether a cellar or attic is included. A one-room flat on the ground floor costs far less than a five-room household on the fourth floor without a lift. That is why we do a free viewing and give you a written fixed price in advance, covering labour, transport and disposal. Usable furniture and electronics are credited – that lowers your price.

Because the floor area says little about how much work is actually involved. What counts is the number of rooms, the floor and the lift question, how full the flat really is, the access for the van, and whether a cellar, attic or garage is included. An almost empty four-room flat on the ground floor is cleared in half a day, while a packed two-room flat on the fourth floor without a lift takes considerably longer. A price per square metre quoted in advance is only an estimate, with the invoice corrected afterwards. We take one look and then give you a fixed price that holds.

Labour, transport and disposal. That means clearing the whole flat, dismantling furniture and fitted kitchens, and carrying everything out. Plus proper disposal, with a certificate on request. At the end, the broom-clean handover – with the keys handed to your landlord if you wish. Anything not included is stated in the quote as well.

The fixed price stands. We calculate it after the free viewing. It holds even if more comes together on site than expected – with no additional charges. The only exception is when the job itself changes, for example when rooms are added.

They mean almost the same thing: in both cases we empty the entire flat and hand it over broom-clean. Apartment clearance (Haushaltsauflösung) emphasises the household contents, flat clearance (Wohnungsauflösung) the flat itself – for example when you move out or a tenancy ends. The process is the same for you.

Yes, on request. We clear the flat, leave it broom-clean and hand the keys directly to your landlord or the next tenant. We can complete a handover protocol as well if you wish.

Yes. You tell us the date the flat has to be empty and we plan it in firmly. When it is urgent, short-notice and weekend appointments are possible too.

No. After the viewing we clear the flat entirely in your absence if you wish. We hand over the keys and leave the flat broom-clean (besenrein) – practical if you live further away.

We reuse as much as possible. Usable furniture, appliances and electronics go to second-hand dealers or charitable organisations, metals go into recycling. Only the rest is disposed of properly – you receive a disposal certificate on request.
