What happens if there is more than expected?+
The fixed price stands. We calculate it after the free viewing. It holds even if more boxes are waiting on moving day than we discussed – with no extra charge. The only exception is a change to the job itself, such as an additional address.
Do you dismantle the furniture and reassemble it at the new place?+
Yes. We take beds, wardrobes and shelves apart properly and rebuild them at the new address. On request we put everything straight into its place so you can settle in fast.
Do you handle the packing too?+
Yes, we pack for you on request. Dishes, pictures and fragile pieces are protected so nothing breaks in transit. If you would rather pack yourself, we just handle the transport and reassembly.
