How much does a transport in Berlin cost?+
It depends on the size and weight, the distance and the floor. Send us photos and the measurements and we give you a written fixed price up front, with no hidden costs – a price that fits your actual job.
What is included in the fixed price?+
Driving, crew and carrying. That means: collecting, loading securely, transporting and carrying to its destination – including upper floors without an elevator. Assembly on site we add on request. Anything not included is stated in the quote as well.
What happens if there is more than expected?+
The price stands once we have named it. It is based on your photos and measurements. It holds even if the piece turns out heavier than expected. The only exception is when additional pieces or addresses are added.
Can you do a transport the same day?+
Often yes – single pieces of furniture are easy to move at short notice. We reply to your request within 24 hours, and for urgent cases we offer express and weekend slots.
Will you carry furniture up to floors without an elevator?+
Yes. We always come as a pair and carry heavy pieces up or down through narrow stairwells, taking care of walls and banisters along the way.
Do you pick up store deliveries as well?+
Yes. If you bought at IKEA or another furniture store but did not book delivery, we collect your order and bring it to you – with assembly on request.
Do you assemble the furniture on site?+
Gladly, if you want us to. Just tell us with your request whether we should only deliver or assemble and place everything, and we include it in your fixed price.
